Frequently Asked Questions.

We will need your phone number and address to visit your home or building site to measure the space you want to change, listen to your ideas, and we will advise you to get the best result.

Back at the office we will work on the design or the order you had picked. Once we have prepared your render and estimate, we will send you an email or give you a call to schedule an appointment in our office.  Then we can discuss more on our second meeting to arrange any other details that need to be chosen or changed like hardware, colors, countertop, etc, and arrange a possible installation date.

Also, you can bring or send us in advance your inspiration pictures and components of your project: tile sample, stone, paint chip, etc.

You will be able to ask questions, see our products first hand, and generally get to know the types of product you are purchasing.

If any adjustments need to be made to the estimate after your office visit, we’ll do so and provide you with an updated estimate and drawings via email.

Once you’re ready to proceed, we ask for a 50% down payment and a signed copy of the estimate to put your project on the schedule.

If we work in your kitchen or laundry we will need all copies of all your appliance specifications and model number. Before any installation, we will schedule a time to do a final measure to avoid any mistake.

After the final measure, the final product is approved and all items on the quote will be considered finalized. Any changes by you after that date will increase in cost and pay in advance on a different invoice.

Installations typically take 2-4 days depending on the project. We ask for 50% of the remaining balance to be paid when we begin installing the floor or cabinets.

If we work on your kitchen project we will have the countertop company come and make the template for the countertops. Then 2-3 weeks after the countertop template, the countertop will be installed. The final balance will be due once the countertops are installed.
