At ALL FLOOREVER LLC, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what options are available once an order has been processed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us immediately via email at [email protected].

Cancellation requests received after this 30-minute window may not be guaranteed, as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation or return?

If your cancellation or return is approved, once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if it is still in transit.

However, eligible items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you need assistance with a return or delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

I mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?

Shipping address corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can review available options.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
