Refund & Return Policy

At ALL FLOOREVER LLC, our mission is to provide high-quality flooring products and dependable customer service at every stage of your purchase. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet expectations, our Return and Refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all materials, accessories, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer or a return is requested due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-person or on-site returns for shipped orders.

Return Label

A return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If the return is due to customer error or a non-defective item, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item:

  1. Securely repack the item in its original packaging
  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location listed on the label

If you are unable to locate your return label, please contact our support team for assistance.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your flooring product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly so we can assist you.

Please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order details to: [email protected]

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without proper photo documentation may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
