We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
If an incorrect order was placed by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For damaged items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.
