Every order is carefully prepared and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience. Our shipping process is designed to be clear, timely, and hassle-free.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that order processing and shipping do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping method.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional shipping or handling fees are charged at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment directly through the carrier.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your shipment is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping packaging
  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order number to [email protected]

Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
